You can text, call or WhatsApp me on 07359 311211. Instagram and Facebook are not used to book appointments, so please leave a message on the number above. I aim to get back to you within 1 working day (although this may not always be possible).

Wilden Wellness is easy to find in Llanidloes. I am located on the 3rd floor at John Wilden’s Osteopathic Practice, which is between the Texaco garage and the small roundabout by the bridge. Our address is Victoria House, 3 Victoria Avenue, Llanidloes, SY18 6AS.

My opening hours are:

Tuesday: 1pm - 7pm

Thursday: 11am - 7pm

Friday: 11am - 7pm

Please note: If you are unable to climb 2 flights of stairs, we are able to use the downstairs room on a Friday but this must be booked in advance!
